There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.  In addition, a major qualification of a skilled Realtor in this day and age is the utilization of the latest technology along with competency in that technology, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a San Antonio real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as an excellent communicator, and responding quickly to your needs whatever they may be.  In addition you can rest easy knowing that I have experience in working with home buyers on a day to day basis full time.  I am in the Top 10% of Realtors at Keller Williams Heritage and make it my priority to earn the business of my clients through hard work and by doing what I say I am going to do.  That being said we as an office are the #1 office in San Antonio by volume and units listed per the San Antonio business Journal for 2008. I am also a member of the Associate Leadership Council which creates the codes and guidelines by which our company lives on.  As your Realtor my goal is to have your trust and confidence long after I assist you so that I will be able to continue to work for you in years to come and so that you will feel confident and comfortable sending your friends and colleagues to me for their real estate needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Biography   

     Brayson’s determination to overcome any obstacle, customer service, responsiveness and sincere interest in his clients’ achieving their goals are just some of the attributes that set him apart as a realtor. Brayson has been in the real estate business for four years, with a notable work history in the military. Specializing in first-time buyers and new construction in his exclusive territory, Brayson is knowledgeable and experienced at representing both buyers and sellers. Steps away from a degree in real estate finance and development at University of Texas at San Antonio, Brayson is a veteran of four combat tours abroad and Ranger school, currently working on his real estate designations. Adding to his drive and unique client understanding, Brayson loves where he lives. As a San Antonio area resident since childhood, he credits the many local entertainment options and the low crime rates as some reasons why it’s a great place to call home. He is active in his community, serving as a “Big Brother,” for the Boys and Girls Club, while enjoying movies, golf and spending time with his family in his free time. Brayson’s goal is to be available virtually around the clock for his clients. Nearly half of his business is referred or repeat, resulting from routine checklists, ensuring a smooth transaction and great communication.
